Pal my concept needs fixing. It doesn't have direction or combo atm. Can you fix it pls?

[Q] – Ten Paces
ACTIVE: Dashes forward, stopping on the first enemy hero he hits or the max range of 600.
During the dash, he is invulnerable and creates a fading trail of himself. The target is slightly knocked, forcing it to face away and dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+100% AD) physical damage.

CD: 14/13/12/11/10

[W] – Deadly Strike
PASSIVE: 5 successive attacks on the same unit within 8 seconds do the active component for free.

ACTIVE: Thrusts at your opponent’s neck with his next basic attack, dealing 40/70/100/130/160 (+60% AP) bonus magic damage while reducing its sight and attack speed by 50% and 25% respectively for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. If done on a target with Black Tether, the slow is delayed for Black Tether’s remaining duration.

CD (Active) : 10/9/8/7/6

[E] – Black Tether
ACTIVE: Sends out a whip in a line (800 range, 900 speed) which binds the first unit it hits, slowing it by 100% (which enables movement spells) for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. If the target gets away by 300 range while tethered, it is stunned for the level duration and receives (80% AP) magic damage. While Black Tether is active, hero gains 20% movement speed.

CD: 13/12/11/10/9

[R] – Stride of Shadows
ACTIVE: May be used one more time within 4 seconds before going on cooldown (2s interval). Teleports to the target point within 300 range, slowing nearby enemies by double the Deadly Strikes AS slow as MS in a 150 radius for 3 seconds. The next auto-attack upon activation deals 25% bonus damage and doubles the Unseen Blade damage increase if ever it procs for a maximum total of 50%.

CD: 85/72.5/60

Innate
Unseen Blade
If you a.) attack from the back or b.) was unseen 1 second before you attacked, the attack gains 12.5% more damage.

Sorry for the late reply but didn't have much time to spend in wc3 and idea crafting.
Q is like vi's ultimate it's good.
W Harpoon
Throws a chain on a target dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+40% AD) and staggers movement for 0.5s
If target is a minion pulls it where you are.If target is an enemy champion jumps on them
Already stunned/rooted enemies get dealt the double damage.
E Dagger slam
The assassin-monk-w/e you will call him strikes an oponnent in their weak spots dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+150% AD).If target was harpooned or have their backs turned deal +50% damage.
Cooldown 16/15/14(rank 4 and 5 remain 14 sec)
R Precision Knife
Throws a knife with extreme precision dealing 100/200/300 and staggers the ponnent for 1sec.
Cooldown 35/40/40
Passive seems good

I am always here too. But maybe for two days, then the next 5 days I'm out. Because I lost time for my minigame anyways.

So if I continue it, ever, I need some concepts. It's like a soccer map, with magic. Like night elves throw forest balls, additional effects, etc. So would anyone bother making a base concept for the map? What I mean is, who should be the playable characters, should the terrain be chosen from a list, etc.

Of course, those things are pretty normal for sibling brothers, because of that, I didn't get bullied at school, it even earned me the monicker "Ironwall *chobibou". Also helped during PE classes because I had good endurance and tolerance for muscle pains lol.

*Yeah, I that was how I spelt my username back then, my first was "stop" but it lacked appeal lol.

I do wonder sometimes, what if I had an older sister... I think I wouldn't be as perv as I am right now. One of my friends had a sister and he told me panty sniffing isn't fun at all... but they do fight a lot...
