Hi everyone,
with the 2.0 update for reforged I was feeling hungry for playing a bit of classic Warcraft III; I installed the 1.27b version using the stickied thread above. I thought I'd give one of the original included custom maps a try; namely Blizzard TD. I noticed something odd; namely that while the Glaive Tower Lvl 1 cost 4 gold; upgrading it to Lvl 2 cost -1 gold. Looking in the editor the Lvl 1 tower costs 4 gold, the Lvl 2 one 3 gold. I seem to remember from my mapping days that these upgrading into a building just used the building costs; but here it seems to be treated like the building costs of the upgraded building override the building cost. (e.g. the new building will cost 3 gold; so upgrading costs the difference between the two, namely -1).
I feel like this can't have always been the case, is this a bug with this version specifically or is there something wrong with the custom map?
P.S. Dubbelchecked, doesn't seem to occur in melee, does happen for other included custom maps like Monolith. Seems to be the case in campaign scenarios as well.
