Numeric Order ID

Our of curiosity, is there magically an easily accessible file in the WC3 directory that explicitly states every single numeric order ID? Or is it buried somewhere deep in the exe or dll files? I'm just wondering because I'm thinking that it must be some kind of order when one selects a target ability before casting or opening a spell book, but maybe it just doesn't come up as an order, like the dropitem order.
