Noob making leaderboard... need help

Ok... so I have looked all through the tutorials and all through internetopia and I still cant make a simple leader board actually COUNT deaths as integers and then displaying the value change on the actual leader board.

So can someone link me a correct script that will make a leader board that counts kills as integers and displays the change of value?

If I remember correctly there is a tutorial section that has a very well-written and descriptive way to make leaderboards. (look in the tutorial section).
