Ninja Blade Spell (Only pros pls noobs cant help)

I want to make a ninja ability. Like the Elune's Arrow in Dota. How can I do it?

It will throw a shuriken it will not stun, it will damage 60 the first target it enters 100 range of and it can be able to go maximum 2000 range.

I can write you a code, can it be in JASS? (I hate GUI plus I can't do stuff in GUI anymore because I don't have wc3, check my sig ) About the test map.....well I can't do that either, but I can write you instructions how to use the code. Another option is Caster System. I have to be careful so PurplePoot doesn't read this, because he hates Caster System
