Currently a 1GB Radeon 4870 costs $180 USD in the USA. That works out to about 137,5 Euros.

I'd say 190 Euros is too much.

Even getting a factory-overclocked version of that card is still only about $200 USD.
 
A lot of the cards prices have dropped. I bought my 4870 for $240, which seems like a poor deal now, but it sure wasn't a couple months ago. :P
If you are going to spend that much, might as well go with a 4890. Their even better, and are almost as cheap.

Computers will always frustrate you. Prices drop quite often, and new product comes out extremely fast. You just have to learn to be happy with what you have. : )
