New Terrain

Ok...well here is a new terrain made by me...I hope you will like it and all the critics, advices etc. are more then welcome!

Looks good. I think those two fall trees don't really fit in the the rest of the trees though. And some heavier fog would be nice.

Magic Book(Second Wip) - I followed Ramza's advice:

-Fall Trees removed;
-Changed fog color to purple(just because looks more mystical then the blue color);
-Heavier fog.

Make the grass darker, and the purple fog should be somewhere between black/purple. Place a light around the Raise of Light and that would be it. Btw, Those rocks are ugly but i have no idea with what you can replace the with.

Ok I listened to your advices, and here is another wip...

Still not the atmosphere i had in my mind. Make the fog more lighter not in color but in distance. So you can see more trees in the background. You should also tint down that bright pine (on the left) or delete it. The blue mushrooms are only placed at one spot and that makes it looks ugly, tint them down, place them at more places or just delete them. The dark green shrubs (not the grass) are not looking good, delete them too or place them far in the background, but not too far. Lower that stone ( where the book is on ) closer to the ground. Scale the light to bigger so that the textures don't look so strong or just tint the light to make it soft purple.

The only thing I can come up with, is applying the texture of the trees to the hollow stump and log. But this will be a bit harder to do.

And maybe download this purple flower: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/...flower-166247/?prev=search=flower&d=list&r=20, and replace it with the yellow and blue ones.

There is Wc3 purple flower, the yellow ones look bad.

Ok replaced the flowers, and rescaled the grass...added a source of light in the bottom right corner so the grass would not be too darky

Make the trunks a bit darker, so they look like the dead trees in the back.
