Effect:Magically Binds An enemy Unit With Shackles Powered By Lightning,The Unit Suffers 120 Damage per Second,For 6.70 Seconds,When Finished The Caster Strucks A Bolt Of Lightning From The Sky That Damages Up To 300 Lightning Damage.

Special Effect:Just A little Animated Lightning Shackle Should Be ok.
