hmmm it has a strange top part. may you could make a big rubin there or you turn it to a snake(like a cobra or something like that).
well this time i looked more detailed at that skin. would be cool if you could change the tail of the horse that brown-gray doesnt rly fit to the rest of the black horse.
change also the color of the hands. they look tooo human and friendly. add some red parts to turn it into devilhands or give him gloves.

Yeap. A red rubin in the top of the staff.
And for the book i think it would be cool if it was an old, blackcolored book with a glowing, red symbol on it.

All you've done really is made everything black...that's not so good. You need to make more details on this, more highlights, more contrasting colors. It will look like a blob in game
