When i click "Edit Tilesets" nothing comes up?

For me it works fine, maybe you have bugged version of New Gen?

its not a bugged version.
Be sure to run New Gen as Administrator if your running Win7.
Pre-1 : Turn on "No-Limits" at the Grimoire tab.
1. Place Bloodmage on map(or anything to make it need expansion, note that this is not needed in all, but most cases.)
2. Save
3. Save again, Jasshelper Dialog should show up.
4. Extension -> Edit Tileset
5. Choose tiles, press Ok. _Dont_ save the map after clicking ok(grimoire does that for you)
6. Close WE
7. Open WE and load map again.
