New Custom Ability

I posted a thread a long time ago regarding on creating custom abilities.
It seems i cant find the post and i forgot which ability is being copied
though i remembered that most spells have different effects compared to others like some have extra data, stats, etc and some don't.
what im trying to say is that this ability is like a blank ability wherein you can create most custom abilities out of it.

note : i know that this ability target type can be change to no target, unit or point.

I think that ability name is Channel because Channel can change target type to no target, unit or point, etc.
