Okey, so what I need is:
Terrainer, I'm going to be featuring 3v3 and 5v5 mode in this map, that means i need two battlefields, wich each has a center area of combat and i want the 3v3 to have two lanes, likely to twisted treeline in LoL and the 5v5 to be three lanes, like DotA or summoners rift in LoL.
Art Leader, someone to make Icons, perhaps skins and maybe even the loadingscreen, maybe a nice custom UI? 
Jass writer, someone who can write jass for spells not possible to create with GuI / MuI 
and thats about it
I will be making heroes, spells and gameplay as much as i can by my own.
