Neutral Nameplates

Is there a way to give a non-neutral player's units nameplates?
Eg. if you mouse over a neutral is displays the (unit type name + level). Any other player it displays the player name.

There's workarounds, but that's about it.

Workarounds include Trackables,dummy units, player name changing + selection events, pretty sure that's all though.
