Is there a way to make a second group work the same as Neutral Hostile but fight against Neutral hostile?

Under Triggers, you will have to spawn the units via triggers.

I want it to be when a certain upgrade is researched, but when I attpemted to do this it didn't change. I am pretty sure I have the last bit right (the part I left)
Any suggestions/.
Edit: Okay, I have got it working, is there a way to make the Neutral victims actively fight agains the hostiles instead of just when attacked?
