[General] Neutral enemies not using abilities

The neutral enemy player I set up doesn't seem to use 'Slam' or the 'Ensnare' abilities and perhaps other spells. What could be the cause of that? I'm hoping there's a solution that doesn't require me triggering the abilities myself since they are just Warcraft 3 spells. I know for a fact that the AI has no problems with autocast abilities such as 'Bloodlust' and passive abilities. Did I miss something here?

If you set a player slot to "Neutral" rather than Computer, it will not use any abilities or keep up guard positions.
This is a reason why the neutral player slot is ideal for player slots that are either supposed to be controlled
by a human player (like Garithos in the Sylvanas mission) or for players that are actually not supposed to do
anything on the map.

I would not use it for anything else. If you want an AI to be neutral towards most other players, you have to use
triggers to do so.
