Negative Stats

How can People make Negative Stats like a Negative stats aura?

That's just a easy case .
Just go to file > preferences there , check the "Allow negative real values in the Object Editor" .
After you check the box , you can change data into negative value by pressing "shift+enter" on the value you want to change.

Check the box in WE main window - File - Presettings - Allow negative realvalues (or similar)
And then, go to your wanted negative value, hold CTRL, click the field and type i.e. -80
