Negative Effects

Can someone help me, I was just wondering if there is a way to add a negative (bonus) to an item so that it does a minus thing. For example minus 1 strength.

I would also be greatful if someone could therefore tell me how to lock items onto a hero (for cursed ones) and they can only be removed when an opjective has been completed (go to a shaman guy who uses his powers to remove it)

Go to Files.. >Preferences.. > General.
Check the 'Allow negative values bla bla..'
I never tried this, but maybe it'll work.

For cursed item, in item editor, set the Stat - can be dropped to false, ...
if you want to play safe, also set Stat - can be sold by/to merchant to false.

thanks but the negative thing only works with stuff like projectile arc. and with the cursed item is there a way to make an item dropable with a trigger later on?

I dont think so.

Maybe this will do: create 2 same item, one is dropable, another is undropable. When you un-cursed the item, replace the undropable item with dropable item.

hold down shift, then click on the fields and you can put negative values in
