Need "water jump" spell

Hey, I need a spell for a map I'm working on (Battleships S.O.S., a recreation based off pro 1.193).
It's a hero spell the intercepter has in versions 1.193 and on that allows the interceptor to "jump" (within a limited range) to any area with water (only water) and give it a temporary speed boost afterwards. Also, it is invulnerable during the "jump".

you could use blink but there wold be no speed boost
