Need tool for retrieving or list of Item, ability, unit IDs.

I am in need of a Tool to retrieve, or a list of, Item, ability, and unit Id's for warcraft 3 and the frozen throne. Ive searched everywhere and have yet to find said list or tool. Please help. If i posted in the wrong section or whatever please let me know. I'm never really here.
