need to edit a model

hello i got a request for a modeler
its fairly simple
i need someone to edit the elf Spellbreaker
i need someone to replace the glave with a nice long spear so to make him a spearman (but not a throwing spear, a spear to stab people with)
and it needs a little tweak in his attack animation, give him the spear and you will see what im talking about

Why don't you use this? It's much better than the spell breaker imo.
