Need TFT to edit abilities?

I'm trying to make some custom abilities for my map, but I don't see anywhere in WorldEdit to customize them. According to a tutorial it's located in the ObjectEditor, but the only tabs I see there are Units and Items.

I'm beginning to think that maybe I need TFT in order to see these advanced options. Is this the case?

The way I see it, you have two choices:
1) There is an entry in the MPQ that controls abilities. Export this, edit it, and import it into your map.
2) Buy TFT.

I suggest getting TFT. It's so much easier to edit spells with the new editor, it's not even funny.
