Need someone who knows to edit blp/mdx

ok so i think this may be easy but i'm not sure how to do it ..
i'm doing a warcraft Mod , and i need to edit the warcraft logo ..
i'm using mpq editor to replace files and stuff but idk how to make an image the warcraft logo , i wanted to request some help from a nice hive member for it (plz) here is the Image in psd: (i'm not sure the size it has to be, if it needs to have a black background or transparent that's why i'm giving it in psd(editable in photoshop) :http://www.mediafire.com/?yec89e4vqolfm7z and also in png:

it would be so nice if someone could do it so i can import it to the warcraft Mpq..


i'm right now working in the campaign missions so i don't have time for doing it since i don't want the making of the mod till 2012

There's a tool called 'BLP Lab' or something like that. Is one of the best to manipulate BLP files for warcraft. If you want to know the settings of the image (dimensions, file size, compression, etc.) you can check the original warcraft 3 logo.

yh i already changed war3 logo but the problem is that now the editor crashes though i can see the new logo normal in wc3

Now I remember there's a sowftware that allows you to change Warcraft 3 interface.. but I don't remember the name. Look for it in Google.
