Need save game loader

I remember there was a save game loader on THW and wc3c, but now i can't find it, "speed loader 3.1" the name of it.
Tried searching for it on forums, but can't find it, google doesn't help to.
Maybe someone has any more info then I do.

Maybe I dont get you right, but couldn't you do this via triggers?
