Need Loading Screen!!!

Please help me, i found this cool image but i dont know how to and believe me, i tried, to make a loading screen with it. Its going to be for a map that me and my cousin are doing, but its still on its early stages so i didnt put it here yet. I hope someone helps me and fast please!!
