Need ingame problem with my model

I created this model for a race im making. The mdl file itself was working only minutes ago with the guys body missing. But now that the visibility of the body is fixed the mdx file doesnt work.

Requesting some help on this issue. Posted pic of example and posted model file with portrait (not finished portrait) and skin file.
