Maybe this thread was posted few time but ... I didn't find it. (if you don't understan something because my English is not so good just say it)

I working on Hero Defense map ... I want to do some special events after for example 5th level... But I don't know how. How to stop everything, to transfer Heroes to some Arena to fight vs for example 2 last bosses, or to survive or something like that...
Is there any simple way (no simple as simple) but that isn't too hard. My maximum World Editor skills are not very low but they aren't so high to get the thing by my self. And one more question :

Can anyone how to say... show me some icons that can be useful for items and recepts (or how it say).

1. 5th level event:
Event - A unit gains a level
Conditions - Level of triggering unit equal to 5

2. Pause all units... As simple as it sounds:
Unit Group - Pick every unit in Units in playable map area and do Actions
Unit - Pause picked unit
[nOt MUI]

3. Move units instantly is an action in the Unit menu, very simple to find and use.

4. Since you're new to WE, before you import anything you'd better search all the icons in the game to see if there are things you can use, and only there aren't consider importing and help yourself to the icon section.

That won't even work properly since it will fire when 1 hero become lvl 5, and the others may not be reached lvl 5 until then.

Try to make a unit group veriable, and then when a hero become lvl 5, add it to the group. Check everytime if the group is full or it has all heroes there, then run the event trigger (eg. survive or the boss thingy)
 
WTF does that mean?

I think that he means what you meant to say, but you didn't really mean that so there is no meaning to this conversation.

I would work with integers, seems better for me.

  • Special Event
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Gains a level
    • Conditions
      • (Level of (Triggering unit)) Equal to 5
    • Actions
      • Unit - Cause (Triggering unit) to damage (Triggering unit), dealing 500.00 damage of attack type Spells and damage type Normal
      • Set EventLvL5 = (EventLvL5 + 1)
      • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
        • If - Conditions
          • EventLvL5 Equal to (Number of Players)
        • Then - Actions
        • Else - Actions
But that would have to add another trigger, keeping track of the Players playing. If you don't need that, then avoid my trigger.
