Need help with this tool

http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/oinkerwinkles-animation-transferer-255165/ hello guys can someone help me how to use this tool, what should I put in the base file, anim. file and output file. I tried transferring the militia anim. to a footman and it says DONE but nothing changes in there anim. Probably I have done it wrong.

Need help here guys.
