Need help with some other triggers

i need a trigger to make a tower automatically cast its spell on unit when it comes in casting range

Unit comes in range 400 of tower
Make tower cast x on triggering unit

Or make a region around the tower:
Unit enters region
Make tower cast x on entering unit
But that one leaks.

i need help making a tower that hasnt been built yet in a td to cast a skilll on enemy unit whenever it can

Give it an auto-casting ability

take fx black arrows then make it what you want and try it out(not near we to check so dunno if it will work)
