Need Help With Gimp 2

Hello Laides N Gentlemen.
I've been making icons for a kind of long time with Gimp 2.
Two days ago my gimp got strange it says:
"You can drop dockable dialogs here"
It's the only thing i can see... so i can't change size,opacity ETC ETC ETC.
I've giving this alot of time to get it gone... but i can't ?
I've also uninstalled it 2 times and it shows the same things... is this a bug or a realy easy thing to fix ? help !

I assume you just need to add the palettes again.

That is File>Dialogs>Tool Options for the one you talk about, I think.
