Need help with custom spells!

Hi! It's me again
I need help to make a spell that on cast [Shockwave] send out a Frozen Orbs [Frost Wrym missiles] to the point, the Frozen Orbs [Frost Wrym missiles] shoot out Frozen Shards [Phoenix Fire] to nearby enemies.
