Hey everyone in the Hive Community

I really need to know how to make this trigger, the idea of the trigger is that it reflects a unit(imagine something with locust) angel and orders to to move else where when it comes in the specified region. Just like a mirror.

Anyone know how to do this, would be helpful

Thanks!

So wait, the problem is

• How to detect entering and cause the reflect?
• The equation of the reflect?
• Both of the above?

• Coment - or make it to move INSTANTLY to Region 1
that's the easyest way so if you have anny questions ask

You still didn't answer the question though, pick-a-chew

Probally make a trigger that says when the unit enters this region set x = black
Then say x=2x
Then say move region to -x based on where it entered
Then do the same for region y but switch the region position based on the current region posistion.
Then tell the unit to move there.

The Equation of the Reflect, not a clue how to do it. Earlier i came up with (n/e/s/w) - Entering Angle + (n/e/s/w) and it, well amost worked. Dont ask about my little formula, all very complicated <3

All sorts of weird vector math that I don't know.

For the time being, try 360 (or 180?) - angle of approach, or -1*angle of approach, I think the former works for horizontal and the latter for vertical.
