hi, I would like to know how to make a "red night" you know when it getting darker 18:00 then all getting more black, but how I do to make everything red instead of black ?? But it will not be when the time gets 18:00 I wan't it to be like the item ability "Moon Stone".

I don't think you can change the black for the red. At least I never heard of such function. You can change weather and sky color (I think) though.

you could either try using a fade filter with a very transparent red color or just add terrain fog?(all this is done through triggers though)
