[SD/Modeling] NEED HELP fixing Death animation looks the same with Stand

daaamn that model is really messed up.
All animations except death animation play the death animation. Can;t you ask the creator to fix it?
If I was to try to fix it, I don't know which parts of the model go into which "upgrade" animations..
Seems like unfinished work and the creator just left it and forgot about it.
