I'm not sure I quite follow you. Do you want the icons in the images converted to WC3-compatible icons, a few similar icons, or something entirely different?

Base on the images, I do think he is achieving somewhat a Diablo inventory system where each items consumes either bigger or lower spaces in Inventory.

i just need these pictures convert to icons its for custom item shop so players wont get lost when buying something...
