Actually, you can have sounds and musics, which are not governed by multinational copyright bureaus. Just make sure that the maker has not transferred the right to the piece to one such organization (or, in other words, is not a member of such a bureau) and that he or she allows you the use of the piece.
The majority of the commercial sounds and musics are governed by such bureaus. I don't know about music and sound pieces from commerical programs, such as Adobe Audition. But if you have composed the music yourself, there shouldn't be a problem.
After all, music and sounds are similar intellectual property as models, maps, JASS scripts, etc.
