Need building spell! help please...

I want to make a building with starcraft's protoss plylon system

what i need is.. a spell that make blight area, like undead buildings, but if the building destroyed, the blight is automatically removed, and a spell more that if building isn't in blight, it's automatically destroyed or deactived, whatever as you can..

please help..
