need an item model with animations

a model for a armor insted of it being a box i want it to look as the armor is on the ground and also with animations i need it to have a sparkel u know what i mean like a glare it only happens like every 5 secconds if you can do this for me ide be indebted to you.
this may also deal with skins i dont know ive never made a model,skin or even an animation
