Need a "Stand Work" Animation for my Techtower model

Hey guys!
I'm nearly finished with my first building the problem is, that I still need an "Stand Work" animation.

What I would like to see is the big cogwheel spinning (ONLY the cogwheel.).

I've tried already to use the animation transfer from Oinkerwinkle with the slaughterhouse, but it didnt work.

I've also added a screenshot to let you know, what I'm talking about.

Will this model have also the birth animation?

Birth animation would be nice, but isnt necessary.

The model is looking awesome, hope this gets finished, Goblin's were always a fun race to watch in warcraft, them and their crazy bombs
