Need a bigger map size

i need any program/3rd party map editor/way to make a map bigger than 256x256 (i want to EDIT a map making the EXISTING map increase its size from 256 to a bigger size)
im not sure i think that 320 its enought ....oh..im uning Win. Vista

i have WEU but if i use it i gonna need to create a map, i cant edit the map to make it bigger =/

You can make it with Jas NewGen Pack.

Go to:
Scenario -> Map Size and Camera Bounds
Then check "Modify Map Bounds"
Then click on arrow key buttons in new window.

I dont use other software, but you CAN make everything compact and scale everything like units and doodads down, and make the camera closer.
Remember that the bigger the map, the more the work.

Hm. I remember that Velm has a screany. He made his map 4 times bigger then 256x256. Something like 420x420 or so.
He just said he used a tool, newer mentioning witch one. You can ask him.

WEU allows you to make borders way bigger. I dont understand why you have a problem with him (except because known bugs ^.^' ).

Can also be done inside the "normal" map editor by blizz, just go:

Scenario -> Map size and camera bounds

and expand
