They're the new alliance druids from Kul'tiras from Battle for Azeroth, they use drustvar druidism, wich is something like a combination between druidism and necromancy :s, and instead of morph in animals they transform into these weird bone/tree/stone beasts:

Really nice take on the necromancer. Not quite as morbid and dark as they're usually wont to be.
