Great idea but you need to fix the fire, i would suggest 8 rows and 8 colums instead of 9 rows and 12 colums.
plus i think you can use in-game textures with that sword.

The flame does look a bit shabby, but it would look kool without the flame :O with flame 3/5, if i saw without flame 4.5/5
