Naga upgraded Town Hall, Second upgraded Town Hall

I'm really in the need of an upgrade for the Town Hall of the Nagas based on the temple of tides. I hate to make it just a little bigger in the world editor and chang its color slightly and then calling it an upgrade. It could add some creatures to its statue thing, or maybe a big glowing orb or something. Also make it a little bigger. It would also be nice if it had an upgrade birth animation.
