Cool Models.

Naga Brute's Attack-1...... Soft and weak.
Changes comparison: same length, different frames positions

Very, very cool. Love the choice of texture on the Brute's shield, and good to see a female Naga that isn't just a caster/archer. Also funny to see a Naga Murmillo, given they have Mymidons. If you'd used the Myrmidon texture/model you could make the name a pun
Cool, i thought it was called gladiator only that wore that kind of armor.

It's so funky to me that you have the Academy music from Heroes 5 when Heroes 6 included the Sanctuary town with a whole theme around the Naga 😅

Very nice to see new Naga models, not too many that have great variation or quality :)
Thats the game where Ameno dorime plays in main menu? Or it played because twas pirated version... Agreed, naga has quite few variations.

that version looks even better than the model. Look at that helmet, it even protects their fins!

Reminds me of Gnaeus, REIARIUS, guy got murdered by Sparticus.

Seems like you having some problem with female version decay flesh, gutz appear way to early and as IHL told you before, when gutz appear the body is suppose to vanish, no matter if its below or over ground. She also sink way to fast and then popp back up again but now only armor and weapon is visible (still seen in standing pose). I death and decay swim she vanish but gear is seen, both when she die and in decay.
Male version missing gutz and decay bone, sink fast and then popp back up right where the gutz are (returning to start keyframe pose for decay).

Heads-up about the thing we talked about before. Decay flesh needs keyframes BUT if it miss keyframe or now it not the reason it goes quick from death to decay bone. I' im not sure why but it seems like game will play decay flesh in like 2 sec no matter time setting or keyframes.

So advice would be to keep body above ground in decay flesh and in decay bone you just hide everything while gutz is seen directly from start of it.
The decay flesh you have plays slow in 3d view but in game it pass in like 2 sec.
Make sure to bind the root bone or total bone structure to a keyframe at last sec of every decay (both is prefered).
Reason why male model sink fast and then popps back up again is because it's missing a decay bone.

For death and decay water you better keep the female body visible. I like how the male version die nd the float to sink again, but be sure to lock him at some point, now he slowly rise again to the surface.

Overall very cool models!
Cheers

It is really cool that you improved that attack animation rearranging the keyframes - so many beginner animators just ignore how their animations fit with original WC3 style (which is very vivid)!

And every quality animation gives us a possibility to create a variety of creature concepts (I use Oinkerwinkle AnimTransfer from Retera studio). In some sense a new high-grade animation is a much more valuable contribution to the modding database than just a new mesh, even the great one.
