My winrar keeps telling me there are no files to extract

hello everyone, I've tried download the wc3 viewer and a whole plethora of 3d modeling programs mentioned on the site, but for what ever reason my winrar keeps telling me there are no files to extract from the .exe part, in addition to that alot of the .mdl files i have downloaded from this site won't show up in the editor or game. what do I do? thank you :)
