My spell has a weird bug: please help! [Problem solved]

My spell "Fire of Revenge" has a totally weird bug! It only deals damage to a unit if it is hit by it the first time!

I put a small test map together so you can see the problem. Please help me, I've already tried out many things!

What is it that you want? If you want it to have more waves then increase number of waves, if you want it to damage the units it hits over time, increase duration.

I think you don't understand... The spell simply doesn't work! It only does damage the first time I cast it :x

Just as I suspected... Change the Casting Time to 0.05. If you don't, it will be like the spell is not cast and I dunno why it even worked the first time.

One single question: Why do I have to set the casting time to 0.05?? 0.01 or 0.03 doesn't work... Why isn't the spell cast when I set it below 0.05??

It's because it needs a very short casting time in order for the spell to have effect. The spells seem to be madea little weird and that is why Casting Time for first execution is ignored. Spells are strange sometimes, so you must experiment and try to get how they work.
