my armor effect is missing to fast

excuse me, i need your help, i make a armor skill base on inner fire, when i try it... there was the effect in my unit, but after 2-3 second, the effect gone, but i still on the armor buff because the duration is still long

i try it with frost armor base, and same thing happen, can you all solve my problem?
