its pretty simple.. it involves deleting some core system files for your operating system, then hitting your monitor with a hammer...

really though, most of those ui's are composed of models shaped like the background, and each button, carefullly placed (usually takes hours), to end up with a nice result..., all using dummy units

it's really, really hard to make such a thing and it takes lots of time. so it isn't that good if you just go in here and say, "ey guys, make me that system?!==!?!!?" tell us for what you need it, give more description and so on.

I COULD make this system, however it would be very time consuming...
so i WONT, there are other similar systems, probably in the maps section.. if not you could ask the creator, to see a copy of his map, or atleast system, for you to understand and modify
