Multiple Weapons?

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to give a unit multiple weapons?
I want it to be so that at a certain range (lets say 3) it will fire a gun and at a greater range it will fire missiles.
Is there any way to make this possible?

ever tried to add 2 weapons to a unit? give the one weapon minimum attackrange to prevent attacks inside the 2nd attack
