Well this may have been asked before but couldn't find it using search so SORRY..!
I want to use the death tower and energy tower models as a doodads, but they cycle through multiple models because the boulder tower, water tower, etc are all together. Is there anyway to specify as a doodad which of these to use?
Thanks in advance, I'll be back later to check on the answer.

Yea. takes modeling

As a unit, u can do this rather easily, as a doodad, u will have to edit the model.

1. open it up in the model editor
2. go to the sequence manager and delete all animations that you dont want it to use (the towers that you dont want to use)

technically you are done here, but for filesize of the model continue

3. after that, you can open it up in the vertex manager and kill the parts of the model not being used
