Multiboard Request (PLEASE!)

Wutsup, Ive been workin on my latest map for awhile and I would like to know how the hell to get multiboards to work. If someone could make one for me, it would be even more appreciated Basicly what I want on it is Kills, Deaths, Game Time, and Game Mode. Thanks to whoever who helps!
